Nothing new to report.

Departures

According to Sport Bild, Florian Wirtz is on the shopping list of FC Bayern along with Gladbach's Neuhaus and Wolfsburg's Baku. Wirtz is also revealed to have a release clause which is active in 2023. That being said, there is no desire for an immediate change, despite Wirtz's family already visiting Munich and a representative of the Bavarians expressing their interest to Wirtz's father. The value of of the release clause is unknown but given the player's age and the unpredictability of how he might develop, it could be anything.

In an interview with 'O Jogo', Wendell explicitly declared his ambitions to leave Germany saying, "I like the possibility of going anywhere, I just don't want to stay in Germany anymore. I don't have conditions to continue anymore and I want to find a better solution for my career, because I want to return to the Brazilian national team". He also directly answered a question about Porto, a club which he has been heavily linked with in recent days, describing them as a 'big club' and knowing a lot of the players there. He wants to resolve his situation 'quickly'. In addition to Porto, there are also Benfica, Fenerbahce, Napoli, Udinese and former club Gremio who have all expressed interest at some point in this window.
